With this in mind and following a systemic consultancy approach I find it crucial to firstly carefully listen and observe in a consultancy setting with the intention to better understand without any judgement my clients´ situation. Only then, in intense dialogue with my clients, I seek to support where shortcomings in the client´s system might be. This could be by methodological or strategic support, technical advice, enhancing reflections capacities, improving communication culture, elaborating creative and innovative solutions or contributing to a joyful and appreciative working culture.
